The leader of the supporters, Chun Chi Lu’s reaction for the show
婚紗或許是每個女生都想穿上的禮服，而我們的婚紗秀更是提供給新銳設計師一個發展才能的舞台，每一件都展現了不同的設計理念和獨特的風格，都像在跟我們訴說一個美麗的故事。
All the women have a dream to wear the bridal gown. Our bridal fashion show even offered an opportunity for the new designers to show off their talents and open their careers. Every single dress that they created and presented its specific design concept and unique style. It seemed like to express a beautiful story.
作為這次婚紗秀的總召，我感受到了一份特別的責任，卻讓我能透過不一樣的視角去看待這場秀，從秀前的準備到最終的展示，這段旅程中充滿了各種挑戰，同時也帶來了無數的美好間。
To be a team leader of the show, I considered that I have a big responsibility to help everyone in the team. On the other hand, it let me to open my views to see outside of the pictures for the show. The process from the beginning of the preparing to the end of the runway show on the hallway of Villa garden, Regent Hotel, it fulfilled the challenge and difficulty. At the same time, it also gave us a lot of great memories.
作為總召，我的工作是確保整個團隊能夠合作無間，我們不斷溝通、調整，力求把每一個細節都做到最好，這種過程讓我學會了如何管理時間、資源與溝通，最重要的是，也增進了我與團隊成員之間的默契。
The job for a team leader is if I can get all the team member co-operate together So we constantly communicated, adjusted and requested to be the best for every single detail. In the process, I learnt how to arrange the time and use the sourcing along with communication. Especially, it improved our relationship of the entire team.
當秀場的音樂響起，模特兒們身穿華麗的婚紗走上舞台的那一刻，我的心中充滿了感動，看到觀眾們的熱烈反應，我知道我們所有的努力都是值得的。
When the music was playing, all the models wearing the beautiful bridal gowns and walking on the Hallway, I was so touched. After I saw the reaction from all the audiences, I knew that all our efforts were paid off.
結束後，看到大家的笑容和祝福，我知道這一切努力都是值得的。未來，我期待能與這樣的團隊再次合作，共同創造更多感動與美好。
The end of the show, when I saw the smiles and wishes from all the people who involved the show, I felt that all the time we spent is so valuable. Hopefully, we can co-operate with all the team and create more remarkable moment again in the future.

這是第二次參與秀梅老師的發表會活動， 秀中場控執行任務的經驗，也讓我深刻體會到團隊合作的重要性。在一場秀中，所有的環節都需要緊密配合，無論是模特兒的表現、禮服的呈現，還是音樂的搭配，每一個細節都可能影響整體效果。 這種高壓環境下的工作經驗，讓我學會了如何有效地與他人溝通，協調各方需求，這對於未來無論是進入哪個行業，都是一項不可或缺的能力。 這些兩次的經驗都為我未來的職業生涯打下了堅實的基礎。我學會了如何在多變的環境中保持冷靜，如何在團隊中發揮自己的作用，這些都是我未來發展中不可或缺的元素。這些深刻的印象，將會指引我在未來的職業道路上可以非常順遂
This is the second time that I joined with teacher Shiew- May’s bridal fashion show. In the experience of the show stage manager position, made me feeling that it is so important to incorporate teamwork in a show. In a show, all the details of the process need to be considered and co-operated very well. It doesn’t matter of the performance of the models or the design presentation of the bridal gowns, or even the choices of the music, every single detail would influence the effect of the results. Under this high stress experience, it made me understand how to communicate with people along with the performance efficiently. They all became my strength to pursue any of the positions in the future. The 2020 and 2023 both shows, helped me to build up my foundation of my future career. I learned how to keep myself calm in any situation, and how to contribute myself and co-operate with the team members. Those are the factors of the success in my future career. The fundamental of the impression will lead me to go to the other level smoothly. I really appreciate it.

It’s my honor to be teacher’s assistant and work backstage in the Amay 1001 bridal show, 2023. Although it was a big challenge for me, it’s a big accomplishment and great experience. During the performance, I definitely realized that the teamwork became a major factor to be successful. At the same time, I also appreciated that every single team member’s profession and enthusiasm. First at the all, I want to appreciate for teacher’s experience sharing without any hesitation. Secondary, thanks for the entire team members, with your effort and hard work, it meant a lot for me. Your professionalism is the key to achieve our goal and to present the theme of our show as well. It doesn’t matter the runway show or the violin music entertainment, or the show director, even the Models’ cat way practices, all the process every single detail has been prepared and planned very well. Even though the members of the design team are very young, the creation of the bridal gown designs caught everyone’s eyes at the bridal runway show. In addition, when the models wore the bridal gown and were walking on the runway, it was extremely beautiful and looked like the elf. All of your extremely confident and professional performances made the show incredible and remarkable. Finally, I also appreciate the backstage team. Without your cooperation, the show couldn’t present so well and became a great memory. Thank you so much for teacher and the team. I appreciate it.
支援團隊活動後台秀服組副組長吳蓁秀後感想
The dress assistant manager Jane Wu’s reaction to the show
秀服組在秀場中最主要負責項目是不斷確認服裝、配件順序無誤，使走秀流程能順利進行。2023年有更多時間去準便前置作業，流程上多了casting & fitting，請秀導協助辦秀，也召集dresser小幫手協助後台快換。
The major job for a wardrobe supervisor team is responsible of checking and confirming all the costumes any time during the performance in the runway show. It makes sure all the process and rundown smoothly.
參加的設計師比第一屆多，模特人數也從2020年的3位增加到10位。我們舉辦casting尋找模特，當天量模特們的尺寸留紀錄，換上婚紗去會議室試走，最終選出10位走秀。fitting日幫忙換婚紗記下修改筆記，待設計師們與老師溝通後拍定裝照整理走秀順序，事後再把順序輸出大張總表，貼在走秀後臺確認用。
Comparing with the 2020 bridal show, we got enough time to prepare the Bridal show before the show on September 28, 2023. Casting, fitting and show director along with the dressers were added in the rundown of the process in the show. We helped to process photo shoot for the 10 models. After confirmed the order of the catwalk, we printed it out the big photo and clicked it on the wall of the backstage in the show.
花很多時間在線上線下討論，除了走秀順序與服裝快換，秀場後台的場佈、動線、電源、雨備等考量也與組長組員一同討論，並找出最合適的方案。以往在秀場當dresser的經驗只是去幫忙換衣服而已，其實還有很多地方要注意的，順利換衣服只是讓後台執行流暢的其中一角。
Comparing with the bridal, 2020, there were more designers who attended to the bridal runway show and also more than 7 models added to the catwalk team. The casting was taken place and picked up the official models. The day, our jobs were responsible to record all the models’ measurement and helped to change the show clothes for casting. The fitting day, we were responsible to change all the show clothes for the official models and helped record all the alteration necessary from the communication of teacher and the bridal designers.
2023年多了許多小幫手一起快換，不同於2020年秀服組只有3人在後台手忙腳亂換秀服，有了更多人手幫忙，有空的人就可以互相補位搶時間。因為換下來的衣服也不是丟著就好，後面還有謝幕要穿，要盡可能快速復位，且讓模特及時穿上正確的謝幕服。
Comparing the first show, 2020, the Bridal, 2023 was much organized and professional. We hired more dressers and more team members to help arranging the bridal gowns for every single order of the designer’s dresses in all the process of the show. I learned a lot from the bridal show 2023.
然而不僅僅是秀服組負責的事項，團隊中各小組間要互相配合協調才能完成一場秀，很不容易，也很開心活動最終順利發表。有了這兩次的經驗，我能更加保持冷靜面對突發情況，能快速調整計畫和策略；在任何任務中，能注重細節，減少錯誤，保證品質；有效地溝通、協調不同意見，增強團隊合作效率。這些能力和技能不僅在時尚秀場中重要，也能在其他職場或生活場景中發揮重要作用。
I am so glad that the show went through so well. After I attended both bridal shows, I learned that I have to calm down and deep think to get the solution quickly when I meet any situation in the future; On the other hand, I have to improve myself to be more detail oriented and carefully to deal with every single detail to reduce the mistake happened. I also need to make sure to have a good quality work done under an efficient communication when the team has some disagreement happened. The teamwork is so important. Those attitude what I can use not just in the Bridal Fashion show, but also can help me using in any kind of field and career in the future. I appreciate it.
